House Resolution 121, or H.Res.121 is a resolution passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on July 30, 2007. It is a non-binding resolution urging the Japanese government to formally apologize and acknowledge responsibility for the coercion of "Comfort Women" into sexual slavery during World War II. The resolution was adopted following testimony before Congress by three "Comfort Women" survivors.
